The Women Cell of Sacred Heart College, arranged an awareness programme for the final year UG Girl Students. The Programme was conducted on 24^th Aug 2022 at 2.30 pm in Carreno Hall under the topic “Psychological Well–being among Young Girls”. The Dean of Women Students    Dr. A.  Merceline Anita introduced the Resource person, Ms. A. Mercy Pious, Psycho – Social Management Counsellor, CEO of Magic Wand of Society, Psychological Management & Social Research Consultancy.  The Chief Guest interacted with the Students effectively and the students too responded the session joyfully. She spoke about ‘How to Avoid Inferiority Complex?, how to communicate effectively and coping with stress and emotions and the ways to tackle them in their journey of life.  The Associate Deans,   Dr. S. Kalaiarasi, Department of Mathematics and  Dr. A.  Poongothai, Department of Biochemistry, honoured the Resource person. The women staff of Mathematics department coordinated the programme.
