A comprehensive one-week induction program was conducted between 1^st and 5^th July, 2024 at the John Med Block to welcome the new batch of PG Students, Department of Business Administration. The programme began with the blessing of the almighty and with the introduction of the faculty members of the department by Dr. S.Sasikumar, Head of the Department . The programme was well designed to equip students for the academic journey ahead, the program focused on instilling motivation, building, and enhancing subject knowledge. Daily sessions underscored the significance of the PG program, while motivational talks aimed to empower students to conquer academic challenges. Icebreaker activities promoted teamwork and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive learning environment. Recognizing the importance of practical application, the institution collaborated with Vanaprasadha Institute, Coimbatore, to provide subject matter experts who enriched the students’ understanding. To make learning engaging, the program incorporated a variety of games and activities that promoted critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
