On September 18 and 19, 2024, the PG and Research Department of Commerce (Shift – II) hosted an engaging Intra-Department Competition aimed at fostering students' skills and knowledge in the field. The event commenced with a prayer, setting a respectful and focused tone for the proceedings. Following this, Bijoy Baraik I PG delivered a warm welcome address, inviting participants and guests to embrace the spirit of competition. Dr. G. Devi, Head of the Department (UG), delivered the inaugural address, highlighting the importance of Commerce education and encouraging students to participate wholeheartedly. The competition featured eight distinct events, each overseen by dedicated organizers: Dr. K. Anbalagan managed Logo Pulse, Dr. G. Devi coordinated Typing Sprint, Prof. S. Karthik took charge of Slide Master Showcase and Business Quiz, Dr. A. Sankar facilitated Product Launching, Prof. G. Rajkumar directed For & Against, Prof. K Saravanakumaran organized Ad Selfie and Prof. A. Jansi coordinated Connextion. These events were designed to challenge the students and stimulate their critical thinking and teamwork abilities.

            Throughout the competition, students exhibited enthusiasm and dedication, actively engaging in the various challenges presented. At the conclusion, Rev. Dr. D. Shanmugam, Vice Principal (Admin) Shift –II distributed the prizes and certificates to the winners, recognizing their hard work and commitment. Santhosh D II PG expressed gratitude through a vote of thanks, acknowledging everyone involved in the event's success. Mr. Diwya Dharrsan O S, III UG serving as the master of ceremonies, skillfully guided the program, ensuring it ran smoothly. Ultimately, the event concluded with the uplifting performance of the college anthem.
