The Tirupattur Arts and Literature Club, Pattampoochi, Department of Social Work and YMCA Boys Division collaborated together and organized the ccreening of the movie ‘Jillu’ on 20.10.2024. The screening took place in Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur at Carreno Hall.  Around 150 people have participated in this program among them 100 were transgenders.

Rev. Fr. Andrews Raja SDB, has honored the chief guests Adv. Divya Bharathi, the film Director of the movie and Dr. Ganga Naiak Malak., MC and all the other chief guests. Dr. Ganga Naiak., MC has honored Rev. Fr. J. Andrews Raja SDB and father honor the chief guest. Jillu is a movie by Divya Bharati that portrays the struggles of the Indian transgenders.  The Chief Guest Dr. Ganga Naiak appreciated the director and gave some advice to the Trans community people and also cautioned about the people they meet and also she to be aware of the male people while they interact. Prof. Mario Leo Joseph J thanked the chief guest.
