Ayudha Pooja celebration at the Department of Extension Education and Services, Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur, took place on 9th October 2024 at 4.30 pm. The event was filled with spiritual fervour and was attended by the staff members of the department. The celebration began with a solemn prayer led by Rev. Dr. Shanmugam, the Director of the Department of Extension Education and Services. In his prayer, he invoked God's blessings for the well-being and success of all, praying for continued growth and strength within the department.

As part of the Ayudha Pooja tradition, puffed rice and groundnut sweets were distributed to all staff members. This customary distribution of sweets symbolized the sharing of joy and blessings, fostering a sense of community and mutual respect among the staff. In his closing remarks, Rev. Dr. Shanmugam expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the staff for their tireless service and dedication to the department.
