On 14^th and 15^th December, the Department of Life Education organized a two-day residential workshop on “Personal Metamorphism” for Mother Teresa, Fr. P.M. Thomas and St. Marino (Transgender) scholarship students at Mother Teresa Hall, Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur. Mr. J. Sunil the founder of ALPAS Mental Health and Well Being Center and Mr. Y. Anand Jeya Prakash, Assistant Professor & Skill Trainer was the resource persons. The event started with an inaugural function at 9:00 am and Rev. Dr. Praveen Peter gave the inaugural message and honoured the resource person. About 42 students got benefited from the programme. The two days’ workshop was aimed to enhance self-awareness of participants to delve deeper into their personal values, beliefs, and motivations, to foster a habit of introspection and critical self-assessment, to identify areas for personal growth, to acquire practical tools for personal development and to build confidence and resilience. In the valedictory function Rev. Dr. Praveen Peter appreciated all the participants for their active participation and he distributed certificates along with Mr. J. Sunil, Mr. Y. Anand Jeya Prakash, Mr. J. Jintha and Mr. V. Pratap Pavan Kumar.
