The One-Day Workshop on GeoGebra, was held on 9^th October, 2024 at Sacred Heart College, Tirupattur. It was a significant initiative aimed at integrating technology into mathematics education. Organized by the PG and Research Department of Mathematics, the workshop aimed to enhance the mathematical skills of undergraduate and postgraduate students by introducing them to GeoGebra, an innovative software tool designed to support interactive and dynamic learning. This event aligned with the department’s on-going efforts to bridge the gap between theoretical mathematics and real-world applications through technology-driven learning experiences. The workshop was divided into five interactive sessions, each focusing on a different mathematical area utilizing the GeoGebra software. The topics are: Introduction to GeoGebra and Matrices, Trigonometry and GeoGebra, Roots of Polynomials Limits and Continuity. The workshop was led by highly experienced educators with a strong background in applying technology to mathematics education: Dr. B.J. Murali, Headmaster, GHSS Barur, Krishnagiri District and Mr. K. Kumaravelu, PG Assistant in Mathematics, GHSS, Kannivadi, Tiruppur District. Over 100 undergraduate and postgraduate students participated in the workshop.
