On December 16, 2024, the Department of Computer Science (Shift I) celebrated Sharing Day, a heartwarming occasion dedicated to the spirit of giving and spreading joy at Bommikuppam village. The program began with a prayer song setting a peaceful and positive tone for the event. The cultural performances began with a captivating dance performance and group singing. Another highlight of the day was the arrival of Santa Claus, whose joyous entry brought smiles and laughter to all. The main highlight of the event was the gift distribution ceremony, aimed at spreading happiness and supporting those in need. As part of this noble initiative, gifts were distributed to 15 families. For each family, a ration worth Rs. 900 and a mat worth Rs.150 were given as gifts, along with biscuits and chocolates. All the faculty members Dr. Ravi, Dr. Sagayaraj, Prof. J. John Arockiaraj, Dr. Maria Dominic, Dr. Merlin Florence, and Prof. Janani graced the event with their presence, adding an air of distinction and expertise to the celebration.
