The SAIT'25 National Level IT Symposium was organized by the Department of Computer Applications (UG), on 28th January 2025, with enthusiastic participation from 20 colleges and a total of 324 students, making it a remarkable success. Rev. Dr. K. A. Maria Arockia Raj, SDB, Additional Principal, delivered the felicitation address, highlighting the significance of IT innovations and the need for student collaboration in driving technological advancements. Mr. Saravanan, an esteemed alumnus of the department, shared valuable insights into life after graduation. The symposium featured various technical events on emerging IT trends, providing an excellent platform for students to showcase their technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
During the valedictory address, Rev. Dr. Samson Shanmugham, SDB, Vice Principal (Shift-II), commended the efforts of the organizing committee and encouraged students to strive for excellence in the IT field. Winners of various competitions were awarded attractive cash prizes. The Department of BCA, Don Bosco College, Yelagiri, secured the Overall Championship. The Head of the Department, Dr. A. John Martin, extended his appreciation to the Association President, Ms. S. Swathi, for her strategic planning and flawless execution of the events. He also acknowledged the dedication of faculty members and students in making the symposium a resounding success.
