The Department of Extension Education and Services (DEEDS) - DB Centre, Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur, organized a Scholarship Distribution Ceremony on 20th March 2025 at the Department of Extension Education premises. The event aimed to provide financial assistance to deserving students, enabling them to pursue their education without financial constraints. A total of 14 students, including 8 college-going and 6 school-going students, benefitted from the scholarship distribution, with a total amount of Rs. 1,25,000 being distributed. Among the college students, three received Rs. 15,000 each, while the remaining five received Rs. 10,000 each. The six school-going students were awarded Rs. 5,000 each.

The scholarships were distributed by Rev. Dr. John Borg, Controller of Examinations, and Rev. Dr. Shanmugam, Director of the Department of Extension Education and Services. Their presence and words of encouragement inspired the students to strive for academic excellence and utilize the financial support effectively. The initiative reflects the commitment of Sacred Heart College to empowering students through financial assistance and ensuring that they continue their education without any hindrance.
