An Online National Faculty Development Programme titled “Bridging Ancient Wisdom with Modern Managerial Practices” was organized by Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur in collaboration with the Nucleus of Learning and Development from 24th to 29th November 2025. The sessions were conducted from 8.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. and focused on integrating Indian Knowledge Systems into contemporary managerial principles. The programme was led by the organizing committee of Sacred Heart College, with Rev. Dr. Praveen Pater SDB as Patron, Rev. Dr. D. Maria Antony Raj SDB as Convener, and Dr. K. A. Maria John Joseph as Coordinator. The resource person for the FDP was Dr. Pushpanjali C, Assistant Professor from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. The six-day programme covered themes such as leadership, motivation, ethics, governance, conflict management, and work-life balance, using insights from ancient Indian texts like the Bhagavad Gita, Panchatantra, and philosophical concepts of Dharma and Sat-Chit-Ananda. Participants were able to understand how traditional knowledge can guide modern organizational scenarios and academic practices.
