The finance committee will be an advisory body to the Management Council in

• Preparing the budget proposal for the college taking into consideration possible income and expected expenditures.
• The budget should cover allotment of funds for various departments for the year.
• Prepare the budget estimates relating to the grants receivable from the UGC and other sources.
• Evaluation of the general financial management.
