The Department of Business Administration, Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur, conducted a Student Development Programme (SDP) from 23rd to 27th June 2025, benefitting nearly 210 students. The programme featured expert-led sessions aimed at enhancing personal and professional skills. Mr. Joseph Vasantha Kumar opened with a talk on Time Management, stressing prioritization for productivity. Dr. C. Sheeba emphasized goal-setting and intrinsic motivation. Prof. R. Veerappan engaged students in Team Building activities, highlighting collaboration and leadership. Dr. M. Fernanduz Durai addressed the importance of Nutrition and a Healthy Lifestyle for academic success. Dr. I. James concluded with a session on Critical Thinking and decision-making. The SDP empowered students with essential life skills for academic and career success.
