On July 17^th, 2025 the PG and Research Department of Commerce (Shift-II) organized the Special Invited Talk on Healthy Habits among Young People. Dr. G. Devi, Head of the Department (UG) and Associate Dean for Women Students honoured the guest speaker. The resource person for the invited talk was Dr. S. Umera. Assistant Medical Officer, Tirupattur and she delivered a compelling presentation titled Components of Health, mental well being, social well being, stress response, daily dietary requirements and Functional foods. She efficiently interacted with the students, providing motivation and valuable insights that proved highly beneficial for them. The event was organized by Dr. A. Sankar, Association President (UG).
