The PG and Research Department of Management Studies at Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur, organised an intensive Three-Day Aptitude Training Program between 8th and 10th July 2025. The event was designed to sharpen the minds of 54 II PG students in the core areas of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. The event took place at the John Med Block and aimed at boosting the students' confidence, competence, and career readiness. During the inaugural ceremony Mr. Jaison Arockiadass Chetty introduced the expert trainer Mr. Ram Thilak K.T., B.E., who led all three days of training. The training covered a wide range of aptitude-building activities that included numerical problem-solving, data interpretation, pattern recognition, analytical puzzles, grammar correction, reading comprehension, and vocabulary enhancement. In addition to cognitive skills, the program also featured modules on interview techniques, group discussions, and goal setting to develop students' soft skills and professional acumen.

Under the leadership of Dr. S. Sasikumar, Head and Convenor, the initiative was meticulously organized by Mr. G. Lawrence, the Organizing Secretary and the Placement Coordinator, along with a vibrant team of coordinators including Dr. J. Sasiganth, Mrs. R. Durgavathi, Mr. Y. Joseph Santhosh Kumar, and Mrs. S. Ranjitha.
