A three-day outbound training program was organized by the PG and Research Department of Management Studies,  Sacred Heart College for II - MBA students at Vanaprasadha Nature Camp, Coimbatore, from 15th July 2025 to 17th July 2025. The primary objective of this program was to develop personality and leadership skills that are essential for future managers and entrepreneurs. The camp combined adventure-based learning, teamwork activities, and reflective sessions to help the students to improve their confidence, decision-making, adaptability, and collaboration while enjoying an immersive nature experience. These activities set the tone for the next two days by fostering trust, teamwork, and a collaborative mind-set among the students. The three-day outbound training program at Vanaprasadha Nature Camp, conducted for the II MBA students of Sacred Heart College, successfully met its objective of developing personality and leadership skills,through a mix of adventure, strategy, and teamwork, students gained practical experience, built stronger bonds, and enhanced essential managerial traits. The program proved to be a valuable learning experience, empowering students to grow as confident, collaborative, and capable future leaders.
