Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur, celebrated its 75^th Annual Sports Meet with great enthusiasm and grandeur on 26^th July 2025, marking a significant milestone during the institution's Platinum Jubilee Year (2025–2026). The event commenced at 8:30 AM, witnessing the vibrant participation of students, staff, and guests.

The Chief Guest for the occasion was Ms. Aishwarya Manivannan, a multifaceted personality renowned as an International Silambam Champion, Founder and Creative Director of Maisha Studio, and an accomplished Designer, Artist, and Educationist. Her presence added grace and inspiration to the event.

The Principal, Rev. Dr. D. Maria Antonyraj, in his welcome address, highlighted the college’s commitment to fostering physical development and teamwork through sports. The Sports Meet began with the hoisting of the national flag and an impressive march-past by the students representing various departments, showcasing discipline, coordination, and sportsmanship. The ceremonial lighting of the Olympic torch symbolized the spirit of unity and competitive integrity.

The Chief Guest in her keynote address, emphasized the importance of sports and physical fitness in holistic education. She encouraged students to show up and embrace traditional arts like Silambam while balancing academics and extracurricular pursuits. Her words were both motivating and empowering, especially for young athletes.

A variety of athletic events and team competitions were conducted. Students enthusiastically participated in track and field events. Department of Commerce, shift I and Department of Tamil, Shift II won the Overall champions of the 75^th sports meet.

Prizes and certificates were awarded to winners and outstanding performers, acknowledging their dedication and excellence. The event concluded with the National Anthem and a vote of thanks delivered by the Physical Director, Bento Devaraj.
