A Orientation Programme for the AICUF Volunteers (All India Catholic University Federation) Shift-II was held on 24^th July, 2025 at Oasis Hall, Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur. The programme was organized under the guidance of the Programme Officers: Mrs. C. Elavarasi, Assistant Professor of Chemistry and Mr. U. Kamesh, Assistant Professor of English. The Resource Person, Dr. M. Wilson Bosco Paul, Head of the Department of Chemistry (Shift-II) and a Former AICUF President of Sacred Heart College, delivered an insightful and inspiring session. He began by explaining the origin and purpose of AICUF, tracing its history and contributions, especially at Sacred Heart College. He emphasized the movement's role in social transformation, community engagement, and youth empowerment. Dr. Wilson Bosco Paul urged the students to observe and understand social issues and injustices in their surroundings. He encouraged the participants to become socially responsible citizens by actively involving themselves in social action. Furthermore, he motivated them to develop essential skills such as public speaking, theoretical skills, acting in street plays, and effective communication, the key for both personal development and community leadership.
