Mattru Nadaga Iyyakkam (Alternative Theatre Movement), organized a Parai Isai Training Session on 5th August 2025 at Oasis, Sacred Heart College, Tirupattur. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from 73 students, all of whom belong to the Mattru Nadaga Iyyakkam wing. The training was led by Mr. Sakthivel, a talented Second Year Undergraduate Tamil student, who skillfully introduced the traditional art form of Parai Isai to the participants. His engaging approach and dedication to preserving this indigenous Tamil tradition were evident throughout the session. The event was meticulously coordinated by Dr. Vidya, President of Mattru Nadaga Iyyakkam, and Dr. Boominathan, Vice President. Their commitment ensured the smooth execution and vibrant spirit of the training programme.
