The Parents’ Meeting for the Third Year UG Students (Shift II) was organized on 30th August 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in Kamarajar Arangam. The programme aimed to foster closer collaboration between parents and the institution in guiding students during their final year of study. The gathering began with a Prayer Song rendered by Mr. Henston and team from the Department of English, setting a solemn and respectful tone. Following this, Dr. A. Muthaiyan, Department of Tamil, delivered the Welcome Address, extending warm greetings to the dignitaries, staff, students, and parents while highlighting the purpose of the meeting.

Felicitation Address was given by Rev. Dr. Praveen Peter SDB, Rector and Secretary of Sacred Heart College. He underlined the importance of parental involvement in students’ academic, moral, and personal growth. Later, Rev. Dr. G. Theophil Anand SDB, Additional Principal, engaged the parents through an Instruction and Interaction Session. He shared guidelines regarding examinations, attendance, discipline, and career readiness, while patiently listening to parents’ concerns and responding to their queries with clarity. Vote of Thanks was proposed by Dr. G. Kamala, Department of Tamil. She expressed gratitude to the management, staff, and parents for their active participation and support. The event concluded with the College Anthem. Dr. M. Vidya, Department of Tamil, served as the Master of Ceremony. The event was coordinated by Rev. Dr. Shanmugam, Vice-Principal(Admin).
