The PG and Research Department of Management Studies, Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur, marked an inspiring and transformative AIMS Week Celebration 2025 from 1st to 8th August, under the visionary theme:
"AIMS Week is where knowledge meets purpose, and ideas turn into impact."
This celebration stood as a shining example of academic excellence merging with societal consciousness, aligning with the college’s mission of fostering responsible leaders for tomorrow. Each day of the week was meticulously planned with a unique focus area, engaging students in hands-on, real-world issues that enhanced their management insights, leadership skills, and ethical values.

The inaugural day of AIMS Week 2025 commenced with “Parampariya Suvayin Sangamam”, a grand traditional food festival curated to celebrate the indigenous and forgotten flavors of Tamil Nadu’s culinary heritage. The event was inaugurated by Dr. S. Sasikumar, Head of the Department, in the presence of faculty members, students, and invited guests. As the digital age continues to influence youth behavior, Day 2 focused on the critical issue of mobile phone addiction. The students of the MBA department presented a powerful and emotional mime performance at Don Bosco School of Excellence, Tirupattur. Day 3 featured a dual-purpose social outreach program that addressed both drug addiction awareness and environmental consciousness. The students undertook a field trip to Bommikuppam Village in Tirupattur District to conduct a Drug Awareness Rally. They marched through village streets with banners, slogans, and placards bearing motivational messages like "Say No to Drugs, Yes to Life." On Day 4, the department partnered with the Rotary Club of Tirupattur to organize an impactful Organ Donation Awareness Rally through the main streets of Tirupattur. Students carried informative posters, interacted with the public, and distributed pamphlets encouraging organ donation as a gift of life. The events were coordinated by faculty members under the dynamic leadership of Dr. S. Sasikumar, Head of the Department, with unwavering support from the college administration.
