The Department of Data Science, Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur, organized a Seminar on “Human Stress Management” on 26th November, 2025. The Chief Guest, JFM E. Selvam, Zone Trainer, JCI India, explained the nature of human stress, common triggers among students, and various methods for improving emotional balance. To make the session more engaging, he conducted various psychology-based games and activities designed to help students understand stress responses, teamwork, mindset, and emotional behavior. The seminar proved to be highly beneficial in creating awareness about stress management and promoting emotional well-being among students.
