The Department of Counselling Psychology successfully organized an Alumni Meet on 11 January 2026 with the active participation of 83 alumni from the 2017–2025 batches. The programme commenced at 10:15 a.m. with a welcome address, followed by the formal inauguration. Rev. Fr. Selvaraj SDB, Assistant Professor of Counselling Psychology, conducted an interactive body movement activity to energize the participants and promote rapport among alumni. Rev. Dr. Joe Sanjay, Head of the Department of Counselling Psychology, addressed the gathering, highlighting the objectives of the alumni meet and encouraging alumni to share their academic memories and professional experiences. Alumni members shared insights into their career journeys and current professional engagements in areas such as school and college counselling, academic positions including assistant professorships, government services as psychologists, and doctoral research. Rev. Fr. Praveen Peter SDB, the Rector, addressed the alumni and emphasized the role of alumni associations in strengthening institutional growth and professional networking.
