Event Details

Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur, Shift–II organized the IVDP–SHC Scholarship Lucky Dip Draw and Youthquake 3.0 on 18th February 2026 at 3.45 p.m. in the College Ground. The vibrant programme was conducted as part of the institution’s continued commitment to support deserving students through the IVDP–SHC Contributive Scholarship initiative. The event brought together management, faculty members, donors, and students in a spirit of celebration and gratitude. The programme commenced with a solemn Prayer Song rendered by Mr. Henston & Co., Department of English, invoking divine blessings for the success of the event. Rev. Dr. G. Theophil Anand SDB, Additional Principal, SHC, TPT, warmly greeted the gathering and explained the dynamics of the day. Ms. Bargavi from the Department of Chemistry formally introduced the generous donors whose contributions sustain the scholarship.

The donors were honoured with deep appreciation by Rev. Dr. Maria Antonyraj SDB, Principal, SHC, TPT, acknowledging their noble gesture in uplifting economically challenged students. Rev. Dr. Praveen Peter SDB, Rector and Secretary, SHC, TPT, delivered the Felicitation Address, emphasizing the importance of collaborative support in shaping students’ futures. The much-awaited Lucky Dip Draw was conducted by Rev. Dr. Shanmugam SDB, Vice-Principal (Admin), SHC, Shift–II, creating enthusiasm and excitement among the participants. The initiative highlighted transparency and fairness in lucky draw and selected beneficiaries awarded with prizes.

All together 68 Prizes were distributed in Lucky Dip(Refill) The event also marked the celebration of Youthquake 3.0, showcasing youthful energy and dynamism. The active involvement of organizing committee (IVDP-SHC scholarship core team & Rev.Dr.Shanmugam) ensured the smooth execution of the event. The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Ms. Sri Devi, Department of English, expressing gratitude to the management, donors, and participants. The Master of Ceremony, Ms. Salma from the Department of Chemistry, anchored the programme.
