Second Year Students' Parents' Meeting (Shift–II) of Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur was successfully conducted on 4th July 2026 at 11.00 a.m. in Kamarajar Arangam. The meeting aimed to strengthen the partnership between the institution and parents by reviewing students' academic performance, communicating institutional expectations, and fostering collaborative efforts for the overall growth and well-being of the students. The programme commenced with a Prayer Song by Dr. Henston & Co., Department of English, invoking God's blessings upon the gathering. The solemn prayer created a serene atmosphere and marked the beginning of the event. The gathering was formally welcomed by Dr. K. Anbalagan, Vice-Principal (Student Affairs). In his welcome address, he extended a warm greeting to the parents, management, faculty members, and students. He emphasized the significance of parental involvement in education.

The felicitation address was delivered by Rev. Dr. Praveen Peter, SDB, Principal, who motivated parents to encourage their children to make the best use of the academic facilities, skill development programmes, and extracurricular opportunities provided by the college. The Instruction and Interaction Session was conducted by Rev. Dr. G. Theophil Anand, SDB, Additional Principal. He provided detailed information on academic regulations, internal assessment procedures, attendance requirements, examination guidelines, discipline, and institutional policies. The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks proposed by Dr. Chozhan, Department of Tamil, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Rector and Secretary, Principal, Additional Principal, Vice-Principal, faculty members, parents, and everyone who contributed to the successful conduct of the meeting. He acknowledged the enthusiastic participation of the parents and appreciated their commitment to supporting the institution in nurturing responsible and successful graduates. The event concluded with the College Anthem. The programme was coordinated by Rev.Dr. Shanmugam, Vice-Principal(Admin) and master of ceremony was done by Dr.Kamala.
