The Department of Computer Applications (UG) organized a hands-on training programme on 20th August 2026 on the title “Hands-on Skill Training in IoT.” The session was conducted by Mr. Savio Bruno S, who specializes in Embedded Systems & IoT. The training provided students with practical exposure to the fundamentals of Internet of Things (IoT), including IoT devices, sensors, connectivity, and real-world applications. The students actively participated in the hands-on activities using Arduino boards and ultrasonic sensors, gaining valuable practical knowledge and experience in developing basic IoT applications. The programme was organized under the guidance of Mr. Aswin A, Mr. Jose S, Ms. Pelsith Clara P and Mrs. Shamili I. The training was highly informative, interactive, and beneficial, providing students with practical skills and a better understanding of IoT technologies and their applications.
