SHAPE is a holistic mentoring programme for undergraduate students at Sacred Heart College. Inspired by the Salesian System of Education, it involves staff accompanying students in their growth across Physical, Intellectual, Psychological, Social, Spiritual, and Skill dimensions. A staff member guides a group of 15–20 students and is not a substitute for the counseling programme. All first-year UG students are compulsorily part of SHAPE; second and third years are encouraged to continue.
